Ask a questionIs Sportly only for football?
No. It works for any sport taught in batches — tennis, cricket, badminton, swimming, football and more. Batches, attendance, fees and coach payouts work the same way for all of them.
We have 500+ students. Will it cope?
Yes. Academies with more than 300 students are on the Custom plan: no student limit, every centre covered, and a price agreed for your size. Send us your student list and we'll import it for you, so you don't have to type anything in.
Do parents and coaches have to pay?
No. You pay one plan, and everyone connected to your academies uses the app free — however many coaches, parents and admins you have.
I run more than one academy. How is that charged?
One plan covers all of them. We count your students across every academy: up to 50 in total is Starter, up to 150 is Academy, up to 300 is Multi, and above that we agree a Custom plan.
How do people get accounts?
You create them. There is no public sign-up, so only the people you add can see your academy's data. Everyone logs in with their mobile number and a password.
What if a coach marks attendance from home?
It still saves, but you get an alert showing where it was submitted from. You decide what to do about it.
Can we move our existing student list in?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet and we'll import it, or do it yourself from the dashboard. It takes minutes.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. The app is on both Android and iPhone, and the web dashboard works in any browser.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing disappears. We'll ask if you want to continue, and your data stays exactly as you left it.
